Our services include, but are not limited to, people counting, dwell time measurement, demographic segmentation (non-biometric), behavioural pattern recognition, queue analytics, anomaly detection, intrusion alerts, and real-time event notifications. These solutions are deployed across sectors such as retail, facilities, and security, with optional modules for custom analytics use cases. All services are delivered through on-premise or edge-based deployment models, supported by centralized dashboards or API integrations.

Payment Terms

Payment obligations are defined in the project-specific quotation or master service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of issuance. A late fee may be applied for overdue payments. Project milestones, including deployment, commissioning, and handover, are contingent upon timely payment. In the event of prolonged non-payment, Lauretta.io reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are cleared. Payment terms cover software licensing, support, and professional services as applicable.

During deployment, clients are expected to designate a point of contact for coordination and provide approvals for calibration, validation, and configuration. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or reduced performance.

Clients are encouraged to maintain insurance coverage for property, cybersecurity, and operational continuity. Lauretta.io maintains its own liability coverage for product performance and professional services.

Change requests may be initiated by either the client or Lauretta.io based on evolving project requirements or site constraints.

Clients are not permitted to reverse-engineer, replicate, or redistribute any part of the solution without prior written consent. Where joint IP development is undertaken, ownership and rights will be governed by the terms of a separate agreement or collaboration contract.
